Vahid medications are:

  1. Amlodipine 10mg daily- For blood pressure.

  1. Metoprolol 25mg -twice daily- for angina and blood pressure

  1. Isosorbide mononitrate 60mg daily- for angina

  1. Metformin 500mg twice daily- for diabetes

  1. Sitagliptin 50mg daily- for diabetes

  1. Oxycodone 5mg QID prn -started after knee surgery for pain
